Welcome to Spicer Creek, a community of 54 townhouses located on Whitehaven Road on the east side of Grand Island close to the Niagara River. There are two entrances off Whitehaven Road onto the oval street upon which the units are built. The first four units were built in 1997 and the last eight were built in 2005. There are 185 acres of common ground surrounding these buildings which are beautifully landscaped and maintained by the Spicer Creek Homeowners Association. The south end of the property consists of a wooded area through which Spicer Creek runs. The entire area is a picturesque and quiet, providing an opportunity to appreciate nature and enjoy a secure relaxing environment.
